The Bachelor of Health Sciences program is your ideal pathway to a clinical career -- many students use it as the foundation for their medical (Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery -- MBBS) degree. The program offers majors including Public Health; Health Promotion; and Nutrition.

As well as the Bachelor of Health Sciences program, SPH staff also teach into UQ's MBBS, Oral Health, and Nutrition programs. Undergraduate students may also choose to enrol in SPH courses as electives within their chosen programs.

The School offers a range of postgraduate programs in the areas of Public Health, International Public Health, Health Promotion, Epidemiology, Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug StudiesNutrition, Indigenous Health and Biostatistics. They can be studied at Master, Graduate Diploma, and Graduate Certificate levels.
