Clinical Epidemiology

The Clinical Epidemiology program provides students with the skills necessary to understand and conduct clinical research.

Traditionally organised around issues relating to the clinical assessment of patients, choice of investigations, identification of optimal treatments and determinants of prognosis, clinical epidemiology has expanded to inform the development of clinical guidelines, health care information management and decision support, and activities related to audit, quality and safety in health care.
