Introduction
This course is about the context, organisation, delivery and evaluation of health care in the community. Examination of opportunities and strategies for collaboration across services and sectors, particularly in relation to the provision of care for those from vulnerable groups and/or with complex and ongoing needs. 4. Critical examination of a range of strategies for protecting, maintaining, improving and restoring health in the community (e.g., self-care, coordinated multidisciplinary care, health promotion, intersectoral partnerships and community capacity building). 5.
