Peter Hill wins European Commission award
Wednesday, 15 October 2008The award, part of a European Commission scheme, will see Peter visiting several European universities to work with colleagues in seminars and research linking development – particularly in the area of reproductive health – to international planning processes.
He will combine his time at the Queen Margaret University College, Edinburgh, and the Royal Tropical Institute in Amsterdam and with ongoing contact with WHO health systems strengthening initiatives.
The Erasmus Mundus Scheme, established in 2004, is designed to promoted European higher education institutions. Peter is one of 25 Australian academics to receive awards in the latest round of funding.
